New Cracow Friendship Society (NCFS) invites you to a live panel to explore intergenerational trauma.   Elizabeth Rosner, author of Survivor Cafe: the legacy of Trauma and the Labyrinth of Memory, will guide us towards an understanding of what intergenerational trauma is and lead our panelists in a discussion.  We will hear about the direct effect that inherited trauma has had on their lives.  Q&A will be held at the end.

Deloitte Consulting LLP principal based in the Costa Mesa, CA. He immigrated with his parents and two older brothers to the United States when he was a baby among the first wave of Vietnamese boat people.

Rachael Cerrotti: Panelist 

   Rachael is a writer, photographer, educator. and granddaughter of a Holocaust survivor. She currently works as an audio producer and digital storyteller with USC Shoah Foundation and released a podcast — We Share The Same Sky

The Stephen Wise Free Synagogue, invites NCFS to commemorate Holocaust Remembrance Day with a Virtual Tour of Krakow-Plaszow Concentration Camp

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 27, 12:00 p.m.
Sponsored by the Stephen Wise Free Synagogue Domestic Civil Liberties Task Force and Community Connections

Join us for a virtual tour of Kraków's southern area "KL Płaszów," which contained a Nazi labor and concentration camp, Austro-Hungarian military fortifications, and two Jewish cemeteries. Today it functions primarily as a public park.

FestivALT is an independent arts collective that produces programs of critically minded Jewish art and activism in Kraków, Poland.

New Cracow Friendship Society (NCFS) invites you to a live panel to                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          explore the complexities and devastating impact of antisemitism and racism.  We will do this through storytelling - our panelists will share their experiences living in the USA. We will have the opportunity to see the world through their lens to help us better understand bigotry in its different forms and the impact it has. There will be time at the end of the session to submit questions.

Moderator: Yair Rosenberg

Yair is an American journalist and senior writer at Tablet magazine. He is a regular speaker and commentator on anti-Semitism in the modern era, with a focus on combatting abuse on online platforms.

Panelist: Leora Klein
Leora Klein is a founding and current board member of 3GNY. She also ran their WEDU (We Educate) Holocaust speaker education program for five years.

Panelist: Leotis Sanders
Leo is the Chief Civil Rights and Diversity Officer for New Jersey Transit, a major public agency.
